Implementation Methodology

Best-practice Implementation Methodology is more than a concept; it is an industry recognized approach to implementing business management systems that ensures a seamless and successful integration of the Sage Accpac ERP End-to-End solution. NextLevel believes a successful implementation is contingent on two key ingredients, 1) the implementation team, and 2) a best-practice implementation methodology.

The Implementation Team, consisting of team members from both NextLevel Information Solutions and our clients, work together to define and execute the desired system outcome. We will assist you with the planning, installation, conversion of data, and staff training to ensure you get the most benefit of your new solution.

NextLevel Information Solutions uses the Pivotil Implementation Methodology which is based on the following principles:

• Fully understanding a company's business and project objectives prior to implementation.
• Defining business processes in the context of historical business process workflow and desired future business process workflow.
• Managing client expectations.
• Clear project plan and responsibilities.

By clearly defining the milestones throughout the life-cycle of the project we are able to show tangible results during the entire process and hold all involved team members accountable. Each milestone in the Pre-commencement, Solution Design, and Implementation Phase is assigned to a specific individual on the implementation team and has a clearly defined due date and end result.

This approach has proven itself time and time again as the basis for a successful project. We believe communication and clearly defined expectations between all related parties are critical to the success of the project. The Pivotil approach documents this process in a way that all team members will clearly understand and know what is expected of them.
