Interrogates all 1099 Bridge licensed Sage 300 Company AP Modules. Extracts Vendor data and payments made during the calendar year into monthly buckets with annual totals by Vendor for each entity.
- Creates a centralized database of Vendor Addresses, Email Addresses and Tax ID Numbers From Sage 300 AP Modules at the click of a button
- Analyzes the data for missing addresses and Tax ID Numbers
- Prints Checklists for Control, Follow-up and Tracking
- Generates Email W9 Requests with the W9 form attached for Vendors with Email addresses (SMTP email services required)
- Prints W9 Request letters at the click of a button with Company address and Logo
- Prints Address Labels (Avery 5160 format or 5162 Format)
- Writes payment data back to Sage 300 1099/CPRS screens for each Vendor for 1099 Processing / Mag Filing
- Creates Import files for AMS’s 1099-ETC for plain paper laser printer generated 1099 forms processing / Mag Filing (purchased separately)
- Ability to View, Filter and Export to Microsoft Excel all data acquired in the central database.
